Placing orders
Catering is Monday to Friday only, by arrangement weekend orders can be made however will incur a $350 minimum spend (excluding cakes)
Orders must be placed using the order form, if you have any questions about an item, quantity etc please make a note in the email.
Orders are NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us and invoice in reply.
Orders must be received with a minimum of 48hrs notice before collection/delivery time
Orders can be placed up to 2 months in advance
Any changes to an order must be made with a minimum of 24hrs notice - changes must be made via phone contact.
Payment must be made 2 day prior to delivery, or payment on collection by arrangement
Collection
Orders can be collected between the hours 8.45am - 2pm (unless arranged otherwise)

Collection instructions:
Using front entrance of cafe - please provide staff at the front of the cafe with your order name/company details. If you are collecting a large quantity of catering, please phone before you arrive for your collection and we will give detailed instructions on a designated spot at the back of our kitchen, where we can help load your vehicle.
Delivery
Deliveries start from 9am
If you choose delivery as an option please provide detailed arrival instructions for you building and address.

B) Narrabundah, Red Hill, Deakin, Yarralumla, Fyshwick, Acton, City, Reid, Campbell, Russell, Turner
C) Braddon, Ainslie, O’connor, Dickson, Lyneham, Pialligo/Airport, Hackett, Downer, Watson, Curtin, Phillip, Mawson, Kambah
D) Other areas by request
Delivery costs are determined by zones and will be added on your invoice, suburbs in zone A may be eligible for free delivery.
